Registration to SUPEHR23 is now available
You can register by logging on SUPEHR23 on Easychair, then Registration. If you do not yet have an Easychair account, you will have to create one.
If you are an undergraduate or PhD student, you will be entitled to a student membership, whether or not you are authoring a paper or presentation, at a reduced price for the three days of the conference, to which you can add participation in the gala dinner, if you wish, by adding a fee.
If you are an author or just a spectator at the conference, you can register with a 'Regular' registration type, which includes a pass for the three days of the conference and the gala dinner.
If you are an invited speaker, you can enjoy specific conference access, for the three days plus the gala dinner, at a reduced price.
Otherwise, you can attend the individual days, choosing only the one you are interested in, possibly including the gala dinner.
Rates are in Euros and VAT inclusive. The registration fee includes:
- Admission to the plenary and scientific sessions
- Access to Exhibition Area
- Conference materials (e.g. program, pen drive of abstracts)
- Morning, afternoon refreshments and lunches
- Facility Tours

Cancellation policies
Cancellations must be received before August 15th, 2023. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. Cancelled papers will not be published in the conference Proceedings. Cancellations are accepted according to the following rules:

Invitation letter for visa
Participants who need an invitation letter for their visa application are invited to request it to the Organizing SUPEHR23 Secretariat in due advance, by emailing to supehr23@unige.it
Please send a copy of the passport relevant page (pdf or high-res jpg) together with the request, in order to prepare the invitation letter appropriately. After receiving the signed invitation letter, please check all the data.
